Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursable for standard returns.

If your order was eligible for a Free Shipping promotion and was not billed for shipping costs, the shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit. 

 

 

Final Sale Items

All personalized items or those designated as All Sales Final cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.

 

Exceptions

If glassestools.com allows an exception to this Return Policy, glassestools.com will apply a credit (no refunds) to your customer account for the value of the item(s) only.  Returned goods must be in 100% brand new condition upon receipt of merchandise.

 

Glassestools.com reserves the right to modify this Return Policy.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a return authorization (RA) number?

Yes. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number requested from and provided by glassestools.com.

 

Can I return my product if it was purchased from another website or reseller?

Glassestools.com only accepts returned items purchased from us directly.  If you have purchased your glassestools product from a website other than www.glassestools.com or from a retail store, you will need to contact them and follow their return policy.  Policies vary by reseller.

 

Do I need to have the original packaging for returns?

Yes.   The product should be in new, unused condition and show no signs of user wear.  The item must be returned with a return authorization number and all packaging, accessories, and, if applicable, free gifts, from the original purchase.  If all original packaging is not included with the returned item, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
